Interesting how Klaus could potentially be aromantic even though this is a series where he is surrounded by girls, I am glad the relationship between him and the girls has been kept as mentor/mentee but I like how we got to hear his thoughts on matters of romance.

I liked how we got to learn the reason why Klaus called Grete beautiful when he saw her naked, it wasn't because of her body but because he finally saw her bare face, he probably knew the entire time that Grete was wearing a mask. Even though Grete got just rejected, I am sure she is happy to hear Klaus call her beautiful again in that moment, it must have felt very validating for her and that her true self is appreciated by the man she loves.

It was amusing to see Olivia bragging about how much love and affection she gets from Roland, it felt so immature lol. I was surprised Roland was interested in Olivia knowing that she was a prostitute and was about to have her killed off, like I did not expect romantic feelings was going to develop on his side but it seems like he legitimately loved Olivia and wasn't doing it to use her in the end.

I also found it amusing how Sybilla had just told Olivia to make sure her targets are dead and she did the same thing again. I thought the two would eventually appear in front of her.

In the book Klaus said he had an almost none existent sex drive which is why he didn't want a romantic relationship.

She seems to value authenticity & honesty in general. She's talked about how her family is involved in politics/government & how she hated being at the social gatherings with those people (putting on an act - a mask, if you will - in public & all that, I guess).
